This design is ideal where there is a need for a flat metallic look.

Mesh
This door is ideal in projects where there is a need for strong security with lots of ventilation. Construction is aluminium rails and styles and aluminium diamond shaped security mesh. Panels can be left natural or power coated.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Number of panels can be nominated (1,2,3,4,etc.) With extra wide panels it will be necessary to have hinge stile behind the mesh.

Perforated
Perforated doors are ideal where there is a need for natural light, without compromising security. Standard infill panels are perforated ali with 18% or 42% ventilation. Other hole sizes are available on demand.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Number of panels can be nominated (1,2,3,4,etc.) With extra wide panels it will be necessary to have hinge stile behind the perforated sheet.

Clearlite
Aluminium frame with 4mm perspex inserts. They come in Opal, Grey and Clear perspex.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Number of panels can be nominated (3,4,5,6,etc.) With extra wide panels it will be necessary to have hinge stiles behind the perspex. Max length of perspex panels is 2.4m.

Twinlite
6mm Fluted polycarbonate inserts inside an aluminium frame. These flutes are very light in weight, yet much stronger than glass.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Number of panels can be nominated (1,2,3,4,etc.) With extra wide panels it will be necessary to have hinge stile behind the twinlite. Max length of twinwall is 5.5m.

Danpalon
Aluminium frame with danpalon polycarbonate inserts.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Number of panels can be nominated (1,2,3,4,etc.) With extra wide panels it will be necessary to have hinge stile behind the danpalon. Max length of danpalon is 9m.

Miniorb
Suitable where simple elegant lines are required, will suit most contemporary house designs. This door can be made using either an aluminium or cedar border. Number of panels across the width is optional.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Oil canning or horseshoeing will be visible in most double doors especially doors over 5.2m. These will not be accepted as defects. this is a cold rolled product and rollforming marks will be visible.

Aluminium & Perspex

Aluminium & Wood
Extruded aluminium rails are used in the construction of this design with cedar T&G paneling used as inserts. 86mm or 135mm wide paneling can be used.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Number of panels can be nominated (2,3,4,5,etc.) With extra wide panels it will be necessary to have hinge stile behind the woodwork.

Bar & Panel
This design is ideal where there is a need for a lot of ventilation. Constructed from square aluminium rails with 19mm round aluminium bars that can be fixed horizontally or vertically. Perspex, polycarbonate or perforated sheeting can be fixed to the back of the panels to create a unique look.
IMPORTANT NOTES: This is a welded product and fine, grinding marks may be visible after powercoating. These will not be accepted as defects. To maintain maximum strength we recommend that the bars are no longer than 900mm.

Flatline
Flatline doors offer a flat continuous look, each panel is constructed from 1mm thick galvanised sheeting.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Max panel height is 480mm. Due tot he nature of the machining process, some scratches on the face of the plain galvanised panel are unavoidable. Oil canning or horseshoeing can be visible on some double doors.
