DL - 1
This up market door is constructed entirely from solid timber. The doors frame is 40mm thick and fielded panels are 18mm thick. These panels are designed to float to allow for natural movement of the timber.

DL - 3
This Barn style door is constructed from T&G paneling, which is further enchanced with solid timber whalers and black bolts. The DL - 3 will suit most architectural styles that feature natural stone, rammed earth or timber. Paneling used can be either 135mm or 86mm wide.

DL - 7
The DL - 7 is also constructed from T&G paneling which is vertically fixed. You can choose from two sizes of paneling, 135mm or 86mm wide, with V-join or Shiplap profiles.

DR - 1
With this cedar door you have the choice of 135mm or 86mm constructed T&G panneling which can be fixed in a vertical or diagonal pattern. It is boarderd with solid timber which is planted to the face.

DR - 2
The T&G panneling on this door comes with 4 patterns to choose from, vertical, horizontal, diagonal or herringbone. They are then added to a 40mm thick solid timber frame. Door can be either stained or painted.

DR - 6
The frame of this door is constructed from 40mm thick solid timber. Infill panels made of ply are inserted into this frame to achieve a unique effect. Number of panels is optional and can be nominated.

DR - 8
This style of door is produced from T&G paneling laid in a herringbone design as shown, vertically or angled. Louvers in the top panel can be either closed or ventilated. Other alternatives for the top panel are perforated sheeting, mini orb, perspex, etc.

DR - 10
This door is available in 135mm or 86mm wide T&G paneling horizontally fixed with your choice of a V-Join or Shiplap profile. Windows can be added into this door for a unique finish.

Louvered
This door is constructed entirely from solid timber. Timber louvers can be either closed or ventilated.

Bar & Cedar
This design is ideal where there is a need for a lot of ventilation. Constructed with square aluminium rails. The 19mm round aluminium bars can be fixed horizontally or vertically, with your choice of T&G paneling throughout the door.
IMPORTANT NOTES: This is a welded product and fine, grinding marks may be visible after powercoating. CB 40-60 (Batten Style)
Start with a welded aluminium frame which is then powdercoated to a standard colour of your choice. Then add 40mm or 60mm wide cedar batterns to finish the look.
